Running is a part of all sports but one that is coached the least. In this revised 8 week program participants will learn "how to run" the technique and symmetry required to improve your times.
Base time set week 1 and evaluated at the end of the 8 weeks. Savannah Steinbach has been a WA State Champion and National Runner Up in Middle Distance and Cross Country and shares her passion with all those participating.
Already Running but all are welcome to join.
